I had all my contacts videos and photos of my kids from the last 2 years on the phone and I thought i had lost them forever. Searched the net and tried everything… changed battery, different charging cord, the reset buttons with the volume on/off etc even took my phone apart hoping to find the internal memory was a micro sd hidden under the motherboard but no it was hard wired. Everyone was saying there was nothing that could be done unless I was willing to spend a fortune on recovery from a professional company. Not only was I able to get my files back (and are safely recovered onto the pc,thanks again) but the phone actually turned back on and has resumed normal activity?… I dont understand how or why it works but shit who cares as long as my trustee phone is back… Thankyou thankyou thankyou man!!
